Welcome to GV Systems Technologies. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platforms, software systems, and services, specifically including the E360 Workforce Intelligence Platform and VelVyntra SaaS business platform.

1. Introduction

E360 Workforce Intelligence Platform ("E360") and VelVyntra SaaS Platform ("VelVyntra") are proprietary software products owned, developed, and operated by GV Systems Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "GV Systems", "We", "Our", or "Us").

By accessing, registering, subscribing, downloading, installing, or using E360, VelVyntra, or any of our software components through any website, web portal, desktop application, mobile application, API, or cloud service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use of our platforms.

2. Services Offered

GV Systems provides enterprise business intelligence and software monitoring services, including but not limited to:

  • Workforce Monitoring & Diagnostics: Employee productivity management, attendance tracking, active window tracking, network and browser activity monitoring.
  • Workforce Analytics: Automated performance reporting dashboards, timesheets, and organization chart analysis.
  • VelVyntra Platform: Cloud-based business suite providing accounting, invoicing, inventory, procurement, CRM, and financial reporting tools.
  • Administration Panels: Web and mobile portals for enterprise managers to oversee registered devices, configure agents, and manage licenses.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access our platforms, you must create a validated user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the absolute confidentiality of login credentials and session tokens.
  • Accept sole responsibility for all activities, orders, and payments made under your account credentials.
  • Notify GV Systems immediately at upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users and subscribing organizations shall not, under any circumstances:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our web services, hosting infrastructure, database nodes, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or extract the source code of any GV Systems application or monitoring agent.
  • Deploy spyware, viruses, malware, trojans, or scripts designed to interrupt or corrupt platform services.
  • Misuse monitoring features to track individuals without their knowledge, notification, or consent where required by employment regulations.
  • Violate applicable labor, employment, data privacy, or electronic communications protection regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, system binaries, trademarks, trade secrets, logos, platform configurations, reports, graphics, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with E360, VelVyntra, or GV Systems TECH are the exclusive property of GV Systems Technologies Private Limited. No license, transfer, or sale of intellectual property is implied or granted under these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GV Systems Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business operations, arising out of your access to or use of our platforms.

In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the client organization during the preceding twelve (12) months for the specific service yielding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or related to these Terms, our platforms, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
